These terms

Vellora is operated by Vellora Wellness Group Inc., incorporated in Ontario, Canada. By booking a session or using vellora.ca, you agree to these terms.

You must be 18 or older to book a session.

What we provide

Vellora provides ritual sessions in your home, delivered by certified practitioners who bring everything required. You provide the space.

Our rituals are for rest, comfort, and care. They are not medical treatment, physiotherapy, therapy, or counselling, and nothing we offer is a diagnosis or a cure. Practitioners do not diagnose, treat, or advise on any medical condition. Speak with a qualified health professional about anything medical.

Booking and payment

An enquiry is not a booking. A session is confirmed once we have written to you with a time and payment has been arranged through the Vellora platform.

Prices are in Canadian dollars and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is taken through our payment processor at the time of booking.

Cancellation and rescheduling

Cancel 48 hours or more before your session and you are charged nothing and refunded in full. Cancel between 24 and 48 hours before and 50 percent of the session fee is retained. Cancel under 24 hours before, or if no one is home at the scheduled time, the full session fee is retained.

If we cancel, you receive a full refund. We may cancel proactively when Environment Canada issues a weather warning of Level 3 or higher, or where travel is genuinely unsafe.

Your space and your safety

You agree to provide a clear area of roughly six feet by four feet, safe access to your home, and a space free of hazards. Pets should be settled in another room before setup.

Rituals use open flame. Candles are attended at all times and extinguished before your practitioner leaves. Please tell us in advance about smoke detectors, sprinklers, or building rules that affect this.

Health disclosure

You agree to disclose, at booking, any pregnancy, recent surgery or procedure, active skin condition, open wound, or allergy relevant to your session. Some conditions require a modified ritual or a delay.

If a condition is first disclosed at the door, your practitioner will pause and check with the house before beginning. This is for your safety and may mean the session cannot proceed that evening.

Conduct

Practitioners are treated with respect. Any sexual comment, advance, or request is grounds for the session to end immediately, with the full fee retained and no refund. Vellora offers no service of that nature and never will.

A practitioner may also decline or end a session where a client appears impaired, the space is unsafe, or she feels genuinely at risk. Where a session ends for these reasons, the fee is retained.

Recording or photographing a session is not permitted.

Gift rituals

Gift codes are valid for six months from purchase and are not redeemable for cash. If a recipient cancels inside the no-refund window, the code is not reinstated.

Liability

We take reasonable care in your home. Where we cause damage, tell us at once and we will make it right.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from a session is limited to the amount you paid for that session. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot be limited under Ontario law.

You are responsible for disclosing what Section VI asks of you. We are not liable for a reaction arising from something withheld.

Our words and images

The Vellora name, seal, photography, and written material are ours and may not be copied or used without written permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada, and the courts of Ontario have jurisdiction.

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. We may update these terms, and the date below changes when we do.
