Privacy Notice

Who we are

Vellora is operated by Vellora Wellness Group Inc., a company incorporated in Ontario, Canada. We provide in-home ritual sessions across Toronto and the surrounding area.

This notice explains what personal information we hold, why we hold it, and what you may ask us to do with it. It is written to meet the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act and applicable Ontario law.

What we collect

When you write to us or book a session, we collect your name, email address, telephone number, service address, and the details you choose to share about timing, preferences, and any health matters relevant to your session.

For payment, we collect only what our payment processor returns to us, such as a confirmation and the last digits of a card. We never store full card numbers.

When you visit vellora.ca, we collect basic technical information such as pages viewed and approximate region, used only to keep the site working well.

Why we collect it

To reply to your enquiry, prepare and deliver your session, assign a practitioner, take payment, keep records the law requires us to keep, and write to you if you have asked for letters from the house.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for advertising.

Health information

Any health detail you disclose, such as pregnancy, a recent procedure, an allergy, or a skin condition, is collected only so your session is safe and appropriate. It is shared with your assigned practitioner and with the person overseeing operations, and with no one else.

Practitioners are bound by confidentiality obligations that continue after their contract with us ends.

Who else sees it

Certified Vellora practitioners, for the session assigned to them only. Service providers who host our systems, deliver our email, and process payments, each bound to protect the information they handle for us. Anyone we are legally required to disclose to.

Some of these providers operate outside Canada, which means information may be stored or processed elsewhere and may be subject to the laws of that country.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become bookings are kept for two years. Booking and payment records are kept for seven years, as tax and accounting rules require. Letters subscriptions are kept until you ask to be removed.

Your choices

You may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete anything we are not required to keep, and withdraw consent for letters or future contact at any time.

Write to hello@vellora.ca and we will respond within thirty days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Cookies and site data

We use only what the site needs to function and to remember a signed-in practitioner. We do not run advertising trackers.

Changes and contact
